COACH HARRIS

Coach Evander Harris is a 2012 graduate of Henry Clay High School. Harris was a four year letterman in football and a two year letterman in track. As a Blue Devil, Harris earned the honors of All City twice in track and All State in football. Harris continued his education as a two year Varsity letterman in football at Centre College, where he was also a wide receiver assistant coach for two years.

 

Coach Harris graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a Minor in Education. He is currently pursuing a masters degree in Secondary Science Education from the University of Kentucky. Harris grew up in Lexington and has been in love with Lexington his whole life. He is excited at the chance to have an impact in the community that has had such a positive influence on his life.

 

When he isn't coaching, some of my Coach Harris' hobbies include golfing, working out, playing video games and listening to music. He has been dating his girlfriend, Olivia Colliver, for three years and she can't wait to cheer on Douglass Football in the fall!
